Ra66 Platform Terms & Conditions — Rights and Responsibilities of Members in Malaysia

To register and use ra66's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Is an individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person or third party.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list maintained by any relevant authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. ra66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) such as a national ID or passport at any time to verify your identity.

One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ra66. Owning multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a violation of these terms. ra66 reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts involved and void any related bonuses and winnings upon detection of such a violation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ra66 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you. ra66 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

All financial transactions on ra66 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ra66 does not accept or process any foreign currency. Accepted payment methods are:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited within minutes. ra66 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Ra66 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• E-Wallet withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals via FPX and DuitNow take 15 minutes to 3 hours within banking hours.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Ra66 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for Malaysian members, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, parlay bonuses, and daily free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated with each offer.

General terms applicable to all ra66 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account, unless otherwise stated.
• The Welcome Bonus is exclusive to new members making their first deposit and may only be claimed once per account lifetime.
• The standard ra66 wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount accepted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• All major ra66 games — live casino (baccarat, roulette), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket), virtual sports, and slots — contribute 100% towards the bonus wagering requirement.
• Bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus for which wagering requirements are not met within the validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the account.
• Bets exceeding 50% of the bonus value in a single wager will not count toward the rollover requirement.

Ra66 reserves the right to void any related bonuses and winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including bonus arbitrage, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or employing betting strategies designed to meet rollover requirements with unreasonably minimal risk.

The ra66 platform offers a wide range of game categories, including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, cricket, tennis), virtual sports (virtual football, virtual badminton, virtual horse racing, virtual e-sports) and slots from authorised providers.

General betting rules:

• The minimum bet for most games is RM 2. Maximum bet limits vary by game type and the member's VIP tier.
• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed, unless a technical error on ra66's part is clearly established.
• Actual sports match results are based on official outcomes from the relevant sporting body. Any discrepancy between the results displayed on the platform and official results will be resolved in accordance with the official results.
• For virtual sports and slots, outcomes are generated using an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness and randomness.
• Ra66 reserves the right to void any bet or match where there is a significant technical error, odds published in error, or circumstances beyond ra66's control (force majeure).

Use of unauthorised tools or software: The use of bots, automation software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited on the ra66 platform. Any account detected using such methods will be closed immediately.

Your ra66 account is strictly for your personal use. You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password and login credentials confidential.

Member responsibilities regarding account security:

• Do not share your account login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your ra66 account — avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
• Log out of your account when you are done playing, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the ra66 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — provided there is no clear evidence that it was accessed without your authorisation — remains your responsibility.

Ra66 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications and transactions. However, the security of your account also depends on your own actions. ra66 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Ra66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so. Possible grounds include:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Confirmation that an account is held by an individual under 18 years of age.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or unfair betting strategies.
• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• Account closure requested by the member for responsible gambling reasons.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation — such as a self-exclusion request or voluntary closure — any valid withdrawable balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation — particularly one involving fraud or bonus abuse — ra66 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as a provisional measure while the investigation is ongoing.

Voluntary closure: You may close your ra66 account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before the account is fully closed.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings to control how much you can deposit within a given period.

• Self-Cooling-Off: Activate a self-cooling-off period of 24 hours, one week, one month, or longer at any time. During the cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in or make new deposits.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop playing permanently, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion. The account will be closed and cannot be reopened.

Liability Limit: To the extent permitted by applicable law, ra66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, or data loss. ra66's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through the channels designated by ra66.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
